Safe Place started in 2003 and the mission is to provide Washoe County children/youth with a safety net to deal with a dangerous or threatening situation you are not prepared to deal with on your own. We assess your immediate need to determine what services we can provide such as free individual or family counseling, rental/housing assistance, utility assistance, access to our food pantry, and provide support in looking into other resources you may need.

Vitality Integrated Programs of Reno provides 9 specialty core services, with an emphasis on 24-hour crisis care, utilization of evidence-based practices, Patient Centered, Family Centered, Trauma Focused, care coordination, and integration with physical health care. This a one-stop-shop experience.
Teen Coping Skills Support Group– This group is for adolescents who struggle with depression and anxiety. The group utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help adolescents build positive coping skills and develop resiliency to manage depression, anxiety, and self-harm urges. The group meets Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m.
