Nevada Youth Empowerment Project’s Community Living Program is a housing based independent living program focused on assisting willing and capable young women complete high school, complete a skills certificate at the community college, earn income from employment, and secure and maintain post program affordable housing. Young women mired in substance use, mental health symptoms and life’s distractions are not ready to benefit from NYEP’s programming.
We currently have several placement openings.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for our housing programs, youth must:
identify as a female
be between the ages of 18 and 24
be in need of extra support to transition to a safe and stable adulthood
be willing and capable of making the most of learning opportunities (refers to adopting a mindset of prioritizing self-development work.
